液压增力解卡打捞装置的研制及应用

摘要:

为解决大修井施工过程中常规解卡打捞工艺成功率较低,提升负荷不能有效传递,解卡困难,施工周期长等问题,研制了一种液压增力解卡打捞装置。文章详述了液压增力解卡打捞装置的主要结构和工作原理,计算分析了液压增力解卡上提力,介绍了液压增力解卡打捞装置的主要技术性能参数和性能特点,并在大港油田自X井进行了现场应用,成功捞获了原井管柱的防砂密封封隔器。现场应用结果表明,液压增力解卡打捞装置采用井下液压增力的方式提供解卡力,直接将解卡上提力作用在井下卡点位置,与依靠地面设备提供提升载荷的传统解卡方式相比,其不受井身结构的限制,能提高解卡打捞成功率,有效缩短施工周期,具有较广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of lower success rate, ineffective transfer of lifting load, difficulty in stick-freeing, long construction period of conventional stick-freeing and fishing technology during the process of overhaul construction, a new type hydraulic reinforced stick-freeing and fishing device was developed. The main structure and working principle of the hydraulic reinforced stick-freeing and fishing device was recounted. Hydraulic reinforced stick-freeing lifting force was calculated and analyzed. The main technical performance parameters as well as performance characteristics of the hydraulic reinforced stick-freeing and fishing device was introduced, and was carried out field application in Well Zi X in Dadang Oilfield. The sand control seal packer of the original well string was successfully recovered. The field application results show that the hydraulic reinforced stick-freeing and fishing device adopts downhole hydraulic reinforce to provide stick-freeing lifting force, directly acting on the downhole stick point. Compared with the traditional stick-freeing method that relies on ground equipment to provide lifting loads, it improves the success rate of the stick-freeing and fishing and effectively shortens the construction period with unrestricted by well structure, and with more extensive application prospects.
